This production marks the return, 25 years later, of two rebel policemen, such as detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnet, on a new and final mission, before retiring, who bring great doses of humor and lots of action, in this third installment of the saga, where as in the previous ones humor is mixed with action. They wanted these two characters to return to the screens after the good taste in their mouths left in the two previous installments of Two rebel policemen (1995) and Two rebel policemen II (2003), both directed by Michael Bay. And after many efforts by Will Smith, above all, they have returned but this time directed by the filmmakers of Belgian nationality, although of Moroccan origin, Adil El Arbi and Bilal Fallah, responsible for films such as Black (2015) and Gangsta (2018 ), two titles that opened the doors of Hollywood cinema.
